About
Berakah Remodeling
A remodeling company based in Saugus, MA, run by Rian. Three years as a company, and a trade learned well before that.
How we work
We do the carpentry ourselves: decks, porches, framing, stairs, trim and finish. Electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding and paver work go to subcontractors we have worked with before, so nobody is learning on your house.
Most of what we take on is a whole job rather than a patch. The deck comes off before it is priced. The wall gets opened before anybody promises what is behind it. If something turns up that nobody could see, you hear about it that day and it is priced before it is built.
What we put in writing
One year on our labour and one year on the materials we supply. It covers wear and workmanship, and it does not cover misuse. That is the whole of it, and it is the same for a $500 job and a big one.
