What is included
What the work covers
- Structure. Posts, beams and framing sized for the load. On the job below the new room is carried out over the patio on posts.
- Sheathing and weather barrier. Structural sheathing with the seams taped, then rigid insulation before the siding goes on.
- Roof. Framed, decked and shingled, tied into the existing roofline so the water runs where it should.
- Siding. Matched to the existing courses and run true at the corners.
- Permit. We pull it where one is needed. HOA and town approvals we handle or help with, whichever you prefer.
