More room without giving up the yard. The new floor is carried on posts over the existing patio, framed and sheathed, then roofed and sided to tie into the house.
What was done

- Posts and beams set to carry the new floor
- Walls framed and structurally sheathed
- Rough electrical run before the walls closed
- Rigid insulation over the sheathing
