Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 September 2026. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for your project: that is a separate written document you sign before any work starts.

What this site is

This site describes work done by Berakah Remodeling Inc., based in Saugus, MA. The photographs are of jobs we did. Descriptions of past work are there to show the kind of thing we take on, not to promise the same price or the same schedule on your house.

Estimates

Estimates are free and are given after we have seen the space. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. A price becomes real when it is written down, signed and dated by both of us.

The work itself

Scope, schedule, payment terms and warranty live in your written contract. Where the two disagree, the contract governs, not this page.

Warranty

We warrant our labour for one year and the materials we supply for one year from completion. It covers wear and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, damage by others, or normal movement and settling of a building.

Photographs

The photographs on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for use elsewhere.
