Kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Saugus, MA

What is included
What the work covers
- Demolition. The old room comes out and the space gets looked at before anything new is ordered.
- Rough work. Electrical and plumbing are run by the subcontractors we work with, and inspected before the walls close.
- Cabinets and counters. Set level and scribed to the wall. Counters templated after the cabinets are in, not before.
- Tile. Floor, backsplash and shower, laid out so the cuts land where they are least seen.
- Finish. Fixtures, hardware, trim and paint, then the room is cleaned before you get it back.
