Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026. This page explains what happens to anything you type into the estimate form on this site, and what the site does and does not store.

The short version

The only personal information this site asks for is what you type into the estimate form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your estimate. The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics, and there is no advertising tracking anywhere on it.

The estimate form

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the town the job is in, the type of project, a budget range and a description of what you need. There is one optional field, how you heard about us. We ask for these because they are what we need to call or email you back and visit the site for a free estimate. The form does not ask for a street address or any payment details.

A few technical details travel with it. The page it was sent from and the time the page was opened help us tell a person from an automated script, and a hidden field that only scripts fill in does the same job. Your IP address is used to limit how many requests one connection can send in a short time and to drop an exact duplicate sent twice in a row. Both checks live in the form handler's memory for minutes and are not written to a database.

How requests are delivered and kept

The website does not store your request. It turns it into an email and sends it to berakahremodeling2122@gmail.com through an email delivery service. The reply address is the one you typed, so we can answer you directly. We keep that email for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and to keep records of the project, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Calls, texts and email

If you call (781) 866‑4719 or write to us instead of using the form, we keep your number or address and what you told us so we can respond. Photos you send us of the space are used to prepare the estimate. We do not publish a photo of your home without asking you first.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising cookies at all. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.

We may use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and which buttons are used. When analytics is turned on, a banner asks you first, and nothing from Google loads until you choose Accept. If you decline, nothing loads and no cookie is set.

Who else handles data

The site and the form handler run on a hosting provider, whose servers see the address of your connection and the pages you request, as any web host does. An email delivery service carries the estimate request to our inbox. Google Analytics, only after you accept. A spam check from Cloudflare, if we turn it on, verifies that a submission came from a browser.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use what you send us for anything except answering you and doing the work.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what you sent and we will. Email berakahremodeling2122@gmail.com or call (781) 866‑4719.
