How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the job and what is behind the wall, so we do not publish a price list we would have to walk back. The estimate is free and it is a real number, not a range.
How long does it take?
Most of what we do runs one to two weeks depending on size. A bathroom is usually about two weeks.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes, where one is needed. If you would rather pull it yourself, that works too.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Yes. We work around you and clean the site at the end of the job.
How does payment work?
A deposit to start, a payment during the work and the balance at the end. The exact split is written into your contract before anything begins.
What if something is wrong behind the wall?
You hear about it the day we find it. It is priced as an addition to the job and you approve it before we build it.
Who buys the materials?
Either of us. Some people want to pick everything themselves, others would rather we handle it. Both are fine.
Do you clean up?
Yes, at the end of the job.
