Decks & Porches
Tear-off and rebuild, hardwood and composite, cable and wood railings, stairs.

Additions & ADUs
Framing, sheathing, roof and siding, taken from the footing to the finish.

Kitchens & Baths
Cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures. A bathroom usually runs about two weeks.

Interior Carpentry
Stairs, rails, trim and built-ins, cut and fitted on site.
- Siding and roofing. Replacement and repair, tied back into the existing courses and roofline.
- Commercial fit-out. Shop and salon build-outs, wall panelling, cabinets and flooring.
- Smaller work. We take jobs from $500 up, so a door, a floor or a run of trim is not too small to call about.

Stripped to the joists, then rebuilt in hardwood
The boards on this lakeside deck had gone soft and gray. We took the surface off, checked the framing underneath and laid new hardwood, then set a cable railing so the view stays open.
- The old surface comes off before anything is priced as a repair.
- Framing and flashing get looked at while the deck is open.
- One year on labour and one year on materials, in writing.

Free, and on site. Measuring in person is the only way a remodel price means anything.

Scope, materials and schedule. If something changes mid-job, it is priced and approved before we build it.

We build and clean up
We pull the permit where one is needed, and the site is cleared at the end.

We do the carpentry ourselves and bring in subcontractors we have worked with before for electrical, plumbing and roofing. The price and the schedule come in writing before anything is built.
